They said there are lot of scammer on alibaba while some people said they have got there finger burnt on alibaba.com.
I am using this medium to tell you that Aliexpress is a very good platform to start your importation business from; apart from their super customer services they use escrow for their payment stuff. What this means is that when you make payment for your order they collect the money and inform the supplier that somebody has paid for their goods; the supplier now send the product to you. After you receive your product here in Nigeria, there is a place on your account where you will have to confirm that you have received the product. Once you do this they now release the money to the supplier. With this method nobody can scam you on aliexpress except you send money directly to the supplier which I will advice you not to do.
This is how I made N12, 000 free money. I called it free money because I don’t plan for it at all. I head to aliexpress.com to get Ipad for my personal use. I did little research on it;I got one that I like for $79 (at N162/$)and It is free shipping to Nigeria. I pick up my card and made the payment. Exactly ten days after I made the payment my Ipad arrived my home here in Lagos. Click HERE to see me holding the Ipad.
After the 2nd day I went to a friend’s place of work to see him. One of his colleagues at work saw my Ipad and fall in love with it and ask me if I can sell the Ipad. I responded yes and ask me how much I told him because of my friend I will give him at N25, 000. To my surprise this guy pay me cash instantly and I handed over the Ipad to him.
This is how I made a profit of close to 100% on what I don’t plan to sell. There are so many other items on aliexpress that you can import into Nigeria and you don’t need to wait till you have one million Naira before you can start.
With this alone; It show you that the is a lucrative business you can start either on part time or full time basis. It is left to you. This information I just share with you is what some people are selling for over N5000.

Please I want to order a wrist watch from aliexpress too,but they said it will be sent free through china post air mail. Just want to be sure it will get to me without actually paying any dime again,like import duty and others, cos it looks good to be true.

The goods will get to you provided you give correct address and zip code even if you stay in a village. If your goods is not up to $1000 you are not paying any duty.

I ordered for some items, true they got into Nigeria but I got a call from the post office in ibadan that I should come and pay for my item.I never went because what I bough was about $10 since I jus wanted to see if it was legit. But I wonderfu why it wasn't delivered to my home ddirectly
