Programme
Two Year Programme "leading to the award of HND Public Health Nursing.

Entry Requirement
a. Five Ordinary Level Credits from  WAEC or NECO • The credits must include English and Biology.
b. Registered Nurse or Midwife


2. Environmental Health Technology

Programme
Four years Programme leading to the award of OND/HND in Environmental Health Technology

Entry Requirement
a. Admission through/ Screening Examination by the College.
b. Five Ordinary Level Credits in English. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. Biology or Health Science. The credit must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC or NECO

3. Environmental Health Technician

Programme
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Diploma in Environmental Health Technician.

Entry Requirement
a. Three Ordinary level Credits from In WAEC or NECO. The credits must include English, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Mathematics and Physics

4. Health Information Management

Programme
Three Years programme leading to the Award of OND/HND in Health information Management.

Entry Requirement
a. Admission·through JAMB/Screening Examination by the College.
b. Five Ordinary level Credits from  WAEC or NECO. The Credits must Include Mathematics, English, Biology. Health Science, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject.

5. Diploma in Community Health

Programme
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Diploma in Community Healtrh

Entry Requirement
Five Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must Include English •. Mathematics,. Biology or Health Science and any other two subjects. The Credits must be obtained In not more than two sittings from either WAEC or NECO, or a combination of the two.

6. Certificate in Community Health

Programme
Two Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate In Community Health

7. Medical laboratory Technician In Training

Programme
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate in Medical laboratory Technician

Entry Requirement
Four Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must be in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Physics. These must be obtained at not more than three sittings of WAEC or NECO.

8. Pharmacy Technician 

Programme
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate In Pharmacy Technician

Entry Requirement
Four Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must be in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Physics. These must be obtained at not more than three sittings of WAEC or NECO.

9. Medical Imaging Technology

Programme
Four Years Programme leading to the award of Ordinary National Diploma/HND In Medical Imaging Technology.

Entry Requirement
a. Admission through JAMB/Screening Examination by The College.
b. Four Ordinary Level Credit from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must include English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and at least a Pass in Chemistry.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Five Thousand, One Hundred Naira (N5, 100.00) to the School's Account NO. 5030032954 at Fidelity Bank Pic. A bank teller for the deposit must be presented to the School's Bursar to obtain application form. Completed application form must be retumed to the school's Registrar no later than 4pm July 11,2016. The form could also be obtained from any Fidelity Bank Pic branch in Anambra State.
